PeggyAI's Workflow Creator is a powerful interface designed with user-friendliness and functionality in mind. It empowers users to seamlessly build, manage, and optimize custom workflows by intuitively combining Business Blocks. In line with PeggyAI's modular approach, this UI features a drag-and-drop interface, real-time simulation, and visualized process maps to bring your workflows to life.

My Process

My design process started with understanding the unique needs of our users. I engaged in discussions with various stakeholders, from managers looking to automate complex processes, to frontline workers who will interact with the system on a daily basis. This comprehensive insight informed the fundamental design principles: simplicity, flexibility, and transparency.

• Wireframing: I started by sketching wireframes, crafting a layout that makes the most sense to our users. The workflow creation space is the centerpiece, where users can view their progress in real-time. The Business Block library is easily accessible, organized by categories for ease of use.

• Prototyping: I then moved on to prototyping, turning wireframes into interactive models. This involved developing the drag-and-drop functionality and the real-time simulation features.
• User Testing: Next, prototypes were tested with a select group of users. Feedback was collected and iterative improvements were made to the design, refining the interface until it was intuitive and efficient.
• Finalizing: Once the design was robust and user-friendly, I finalized the UI, ensuring it is in line with PeggyAI's branding, and made sure it would be responsive across all device types.
